Primary Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant for a business owner in the areas of: Paying Bills for Office invoices Paying Bill for Real-estate Rent Paying Personal Bills On-Line Banking Handling personal items for Companys Owner Ensuring owner is properly enrolled and subscribed to licenses/ appointments etc as direct by principal. Various other admin support task as assigned.
Data enty clark: Handling office Vendor Service provider contracts Handling Office Administration with Corporate Back office Assisting in Office administration various duties in compliance Submit payroll to Payroll Company for processing. Responsible for Time Cards General office support
Requirements are: Experience in Manger /Owner support admin role Familiar with the Securities Industry Knows Quicken & QuickBooks / Excel/ Word/ Comfortable & efficient with computers and internet Able to Multi-Task Accountable in assignment completion Willing to work at fast pace at times Compliance minded Think out of the box Quick response to task changes Diligent in the correctness of their work Detail oriented Has pride of work Professional demeanor Friendly and outgoing!
