As an Accounts Payable Coordinator you will: • Maintain vendor contacts and ensure that vendors are paid correctly. • Use our accounting system to manage the accounts payable cycle. • Process payments by preparing cheques. • Prepare monthly reconciliation of related general ledger accounts (including bank and credit card reconciliations)
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator you have:
• College certificate or University Degree in Business or Accounting • 1-2 years of Finance or Entrepreneurial experience an asset • Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel • Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize tasks according to time-sensitive deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • The ability to work independently on projects to completion and as a member of a team
