As our Client Success Manager you will: • Up-sell and leverage business from established customer relationships • Be able to access client needs and ensure your team delivers quality service/product • Build long-lasting professional relationships, positioning yourself as the expert • Provide exemplary service to your clients on an ongoing basis

As our Client Success Manager, you: • 5-7 years experience in a customer or account management position (high tech solution selling & consulting is an asset) • Proven success in growing existing accounts • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals • Great communication and presentation skills • Exude a strong work ethic • A university/college degree • Are a pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points) ..and it would be great if you have experience selling web-based business solutions
