You are a natural at drawing out information from clients, creating program launch schedules and sticking to them, while keeping a calm demeanor and making customers love you. As our Program Launch Specialist, you will: • Use your technical skills to configure our product offering to the clients’ needs and/or liase with developers and designers to customize site features • Launch programs for express clients, performing end to end services from point of Business Development hand-off until full launch • Plan and deliver end-user system training on a group or individual basis. • Assess complex situations, seek collaborative solutions and prepare and present recommendations. • Be measured on customer satisfaction rates, user activation rates and processes to enhance user acceptance

As our Program Launch Specialist, you have: • 1-3 years of business related experience • Experience with scoping, analyzing and understanding the needs of our clients • Experience with configuring and implementing software applications or a related product • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to clients • Been identified as flexible and as a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented • Working knowledge of html and in general, are tech savvy • Are a pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points) ..and it would be great if you had experience with implementing web-based solutions
