As an Sales Analyst/Billing Coordinator, you will: Prepare accurate and timely invoicing and produce related billing reports Optimize use of the CRM system by creating and maintaining dashboards, reports and processes for sales reps, sales management and finance Generate reports necessary for budgeting, forecasting, target creation, sales performance management and KPI measurement Prepare and reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices and maintain Accounts Payable records General office administration duties and ad-hoc reporting as required Report directly to the Director of Finance
As an Sales Analyst/ Billing Coordinator, you: Are a Pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points) Have a college certificate or University Degree in Business or Accounting Have minimum 1-3 years of sales analysis experience, in addition to working experience with invoice processing Are proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills (i.e. data formatting and manipulation, complex formulas, pivot tables) and full competency with Word and PowerPoint Have strong analytical skills and ability to understand metrics and organize a large quantity of data in order to develop plans Have creative problem solver who has a keen nose for sniffing out the root cause of a problem and finding a solution that meets the requirements satisfies all stakeholders Have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and communication skills and can meeting deadlines Have ability to work independently on projects to completion and as a member of a team Have experience in using CRM systems, specifically NetSuite and Salesforce is highly desirable
