RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Generate new revenue in the GTA and surrounding territory, with sales targets Develop new opportunities and acquire new customers Build, support and expand relationships with prospect and existing client base to ensure retention and service excellence Acquire & maintain sufficient technical knowledge in all of the companies portfolio - Avaya (formerly Nortel), ShoreTel Voice & Data products, Cabling, Contact Centre applications, Networking applications
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales Knowledge of the telecommunications systems Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills Customer service focused Highly motivated and adaptable High energy level Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
