Location: Calgary

Salary: 65k-70k Base + Commission

With direction from the supervising manager, sells the company products, persistently and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels. Focuses on improving the existing building to allow the building owner to achieve business objectives. Manages ongoing, opportunities particularly focusing on selling services and retrofits. Sells, renews and expands renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience calling on contractors, a strong understanding of complete HVAC systems, and industry experience. The successful candidate will also be self-motivated, self-starting, and will work well with limited supervision and with various industry personalities.
