| Job Title: Sales Representitive/New Business Development
Location: Winnipeg
Salary: $45kBase + comm Total Comp to plan $95.000.00
The position requires identifying, qualifying and securing new business opportunities within their assigned geographic territory.
Skills required:
3 to 5+ plus years in B2B Sales preferred. Experience in Technical products and IT solutions. Proven track record of above-quota achievement. Proven experience developing a strong relationship with a direct selling organization and C- level clients. Prospect and qualify leads via telemarketing, referrals, etc. to obtain maximum sales and Potential volume from all markets in assigned territory. Plan, develop, and execute sales strategy and tailor to potential clients.
Set up appointments and make sales presentations. Utilize contact management software to track leads and target market segments. Perform start-up customer training as required (i.e. new customers). Trade shows and direct marketing experience. Proven and effective strategic sales and analytical skills Translate customer needs into solution requirements. Technical aptitude required. Perform start-up customer training as required (i.e. new customers).
Strong presentation skills Must be highly competent with Windows, Power point Excel, Word, etc. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business related field or equivalent.
