| General Accountabilities The Account Manger will provide support on all facets of recruiting including business development, gathering requirements, posting the requirements internally and via the internet, creative sourcing, interviewing, identification, preparing documentation for client review, interviewing and presenting offer letters.
The Account Managers duties must be performed consistent with company mission and values and in adherence to company policies and procedures.
Specific Responsibilities & Primary Duties:
Work with the clients directly to identify needs Participate in conference, user groups and other venues to identify, create and follow up on client leads and identify client requirements. Provide recruitment support appropriate to client requirements Provide strategic outlook on account development through the identification of future business and process improvement specific to the client Utilize multiple resources including internet, open houses, direct sourcing, networking, educational institutes, and affiliated associations to generate top talent Communicate with the Recruiting team on defining the necessary criteria to meet the search requirements Develops knowledge related to client needs to effectively target recruitment resources in a professional and efficient manner Identify various events and activities for participation that will increase corporate exposure to diversity groups Develop spreadsheets to track and measure success templates provided Communicate recruitment processes and selection process steps to candidates and clients Conduct initial interviews and define a short-list for client delivery Screen and interview qualified candidates Follow-up with successful placements during the onset of their placement, and for up to 6-months Support the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives, policies, procedures and practices Leverage various resources to source qualified diverse candidates Update spreadsheet to maintain current activity and status on existing search requirements
Technical Requirements
3 6 years corporate employment-related experience with an emphasis on IT recruitment and selection Experience with multiple recruiting methods ranging from college relations to internet recruiting, social networking, market trend analysis and cutting-edge sourcing techniques is essential Experience with behavioral interviewing and experience attracting a diverse workforce Initiative, high energy, strong sense of urgency and the ability to handle many mandates simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
