Other duties include ensuring optimum accuracy of inventory and all local purchasing though international procurement. You must be a process change leader that can actively lead work circles and coordinate clerical activities. Experience in managing salary personnel and working in a unionized environment is required.

The Operations Manager position requires success directly related to exceptional written and verbal communication skills and must be results oriented and customer focus professional. Outstanding leadership and analytical skills are required. You have a university degree at either the Bachelor's or Master’s level and proven success within a warehousing environment. Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
