They are currently seeking a licensed, experienced Property Manager to manage properties in British Columbia’s interior and Lower Mainland.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience and will bring a track record of excellence and leadership; superior knowledge of financial obligations to clients and owners; exemplary written, oral and public speaking skills; as well as the desire to create a client focused portfolio. In addition, the ideal candidate is professional, well spoken and comfortable holding meetings for large groups of investors. Knowledge and experience in residential rentals and condominium management as well as high level Excel skills are required.
