We proudly announce an outstanding opportunity at Amica at Mayfair situated in Port Coquitlam, BC. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER Amica at Mayfair, Port Coquitlam, BC (Permanent, Full-Time)

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Administrative Manager coordinates and supervises the overall general financial, administrative and operational procedures. Responsibilities include organizing the daily operations of the front office, train staff in reception duties, accounts payable and JDE data entry, undertakes financial reconciliation and records maintenance, monitors and provides training in respect of safety, security and Lifeline systems, and assists the General Manager in respect of management initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess strong business knowledge, with a thorough understanding of financial management to perform personnel, payroll, and accounting functions. You have excellent communication and time management skills, and are proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel. A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred, along with three to five years’ experience as an Office Manager. Experience in strong, customer focused environments such as retirement communities and hospitality required. You are available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend work.
