| Position Purpose
Our Customer Service Agents are customer focused sales-oriented individuals who enjoy meeting challenging goals. You would be working in our inbound contact centre receiving a high volume of calls from our RBC clients. Your responsibility is to assist our clients with their financial needs and resolve their problems in a friendly and helpful manner, while also promoting our financial products and services.
This position involves sitting for extended periods of time, listening to clients over the phone, resolving their concerns and identifying their needs, offering value added services.

Hours of Operation:
The RBC Card Service Centre is located at 2015 Main Street and open from 7:00 to midnight Mondays through Sunday. Successful candidates must be fully flexible to work all business hours as indicated.
This is an ongoing posting, with a variety of classroom training opportunities throughout fall 2008. Successful candidates will enter a four week classroom training session, followed by a four week transition period - hours to be determined. Knowledge / Experience
Fluency in the French language would be an asset, as would fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Kindly indicate whether you possess these skill sets for which a premium would be paid.
The successful candidate will:
- display a passion for customer service and sales - offer strong customer service & sales experience
- have excellent communication skills
- possess above average computer literacy with an ability to navigate between multiple systems simultaneously
