| The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to: * Ensure that the Lotus Notes is operational * Responsible for all level 2 Lotus Domino support issues * Monitor and maintain Notes security * Monitor and maintain Notes storage * Maintain spam management system * On-call responsibility will be required * Other duties as assigned
Tasks: * Users Administration and Resolving User Problems * Create IDs * Moving a user's mail file * Changing a user's name * Acting on name change requests * Troubleshooting workstation problems * Troubleshooting database issues * Troubleshooting
The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include: * Understanding of Lotus Domino Server Administration concepts, and trouble shooting * Understanding of monitoring and best practices in a Lotus Domino server and Notes environment
