Job Description: | Automotive Customer Service Representative An expanding, well-established heat exchange manufacturer based in Hamilton, Ontario invites you to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative in our fast paced environment. Responsibilities include inside sales and order processing of Aftermarket Heat Exchange Products to the automotive, light truck, heavy truck, and industrial market segments. Specific duties will include parts lookup to identify Customer requirements, order entry, emergency sourcing of product, utilize exceptional computer related skills to support Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing Departments, effective communication with other departments and maintain product and industry knowledge as provided by the Company. Must have basic automotive parts experience. This position will be full time, 8 hour days during peak season of April 15th to September 1st, then part time, 4 hour days from September to March.
