We are looking to fill a position for a licensed plumber. Applicant must have an excellent grasp of the plumbing code and complete knowledge of all types plumbing materials. Experience in commercial and residential installations as well as high rise maintenance is an asset. Applicant should have some knowledge of hydronic heating systems and basic water treatment understanding. Working knowledge of typical residential construction techniques, fitter 2 gas license and backflow tester license is valued too. The nature of the work is varied. 50% of work relates to high quality residential, plumbing renovation projects. 25% of work is radiant heating and water treatment related. 25% of work includes small commercial, high rise and residential service, new home plumbing construction. Cleanliness and attention to detail are of the utmost importance. We are eager to form quality relationships with highly skilled people.
