Mosaic Sales Solutions is recruiting for a Full-Time Sales Development Manager for our client Coke PBB (Premium Brewed Beverage). As a Sales Development Manager you are the face of Coke PBB. It is your role to deliver sales plans that quickly scale the PBB business for 2008 by prospecting new clients to continue to grow and develop this amazing brand! You have incredibly people skills; you know how to win business but also how to properly service your clients. You are familiar with the food service industry and you are passionate about all aspects involved in a new venture: targets, sales, presentations, closing and installs. This opportunity is a full-time position offering a competitive salary structure including pay for performance, benefits and vehicle compensation. Responsibilities include: Building upon existing client relationships as well as prospecting new opportunities Leads customer presentations and builds relationships with accounts and CCB contacts. Develops account target plans for PBB of potential Full Service Restaurants, QSR and Store-in-Store customers within assigned territory. Actively converts Account targets into active customer outlets and delivers assigned number of installs and volume per outlet. Sells in customer sales proposals based on solid financial analysis, yielding profitable account development and growth. Builds an understanding of the customers needs and expectations within the PBB business and translates these needs into value-added business solutions. Monitors market conditions and contributes to competitive information library. Operates within operating and capital expense budgets.
