Regulatory Affairs Assistant

We’re looking for someone to join our Regulatory Affairs team to assist with regulatory activities. You will ensure that all documentation and regulatory submissions are prepared in a timely manner to meet national and/or international standards. You will liaise with regulatory authorities and team members to collect relevant information and develop product dossiers. Using your customer service skills, you will respond to correspondence and fulfil regulatory agency and internal Novozymes requests for information. Your organizational skills will be an asset as document archiving and accessibility are a priority.

Using your customer service skills, you will respond to correspondence and submissions requests in a timely manner. Your organizational skills will come in handy as you design and apply various databases, and ensure that all documents are accessible and archived.

Here’s what it takes:

•Degree/diploma in a technical field (chemistry, biology, microbiology or similar) 
•Minimum 2 years experience working in a laboratory/office setting 
•Experience in the agricultural sector 
•Able to work with little supervision and multi-task 
•Previous experience working with various Canadian and international regulatory agencies is an asset
