Trait & Seed Operations Clerk (Summer term beginning May)

Job Description 
• Assist with the reconciliation of all Seed Sales of Canola, Soybeans and Corn. 
• Correct errors from error reports on a daily basis. 
• Contact customers to follow-up on information submitted or request more information. 
• Provide general accounting duties, assist with the reconciliation of Seed Summary Data and identify and correct any problems. 
• Other duties as required.

Hours 
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Qualifications 
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines. 
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. 
• Service and detail oriented. 
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Windows 98 and MS Office).
