Bilingual CustomCare Service Representative Summer Contract Position

Job Description 
The successful candidate will provide customer service to our growers, retails and vendors and will be responsible for: 
o Building/maintaining relationships with contacts 
o Problem solving customer issues o Responding to inquiries 
o Customizing projects/processes to meet customer needs

In addition to this, our Service Representatives are also responsible for supporting our internal customers by: 
o Building/maintaining relationships with internal contacts 
o Understanding our business processes, products and programs 
o Understanding our technical product commitments 
o Reporting of customer information

Qualifications 
o Written and Oral French 
o Customer focused, with results orientation 
o Proven sales and relationship skills 
o Strong communication and planning skills. 
o Fundamental knowledge of seed and crop protection agronomics 
o Computer skills 
o Team orientated – positive attitude 
o Degree/Diploma in Agriculture (or Agriculture student) or appropriate job experience 
o Farm background an asset
