Rebate Fulfillment Representative – 12 Month Contract
Reporting to the Rebate Fulfilment Manager, and working within a dynamic team environment, you will be responsible for solving rebate-related customer calls, and provide accurate, timely fulfilment of customer rebates and selective retail incentives across Canada. This role will incorporate a wide number of varied tasks including:
• Investigating rebate issues and inquires
• Reporting transactional data problems for programming resolution
• Master data management within Bayer’s Customer Relationship Management tool
• Signing up customers for rebate programs over the phone
• Providing rebate status information to Bayer CropScience customers
• Supporting Territory Sales Manager’s with rebate fulfilment tasks
• Assisting the LTA department with Trait Guard claims and LTA processing
• Supporting specific sales-driven programs
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical customer service, phone and interpersonal skills. Keen awareness to detail, accuracy and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Microsoft Excel – and any databases or customer management databases, would be beneficial. Previous experience in a call centre or an agricultural environment is an asset.
