We serve many sectors including agriculture, oil & gas, road building, aggregate, construction, mining and forestry. Our largest branch location in Southern Alberta is currently looking for a Branch Manager The main duties and responsibilities of the Branch Manager include: • Build relationships with the customer base and key suppliers • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization • Manage daily financial activities of the branch • Monitor health, safety and environmental issues • Oversee the supervision of personnel • Budgeting • Drive results in all departments through active participation in sales and support initiatives Qualifications: • Previous experience and knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cash management, marketing, and staff hiring procedures • Proven track record with heavy equipment distribution • Ability to manage relationships with major customers • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Able to supervise and train staff including employee development and performance management • Knowledge of current business issues and trends This position includes a competitive compensation structure including salary, performance incentives, stock options and a comprehensive benefit package.
