Field Representative Taber, AB 
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-focused, customer service driven professional to join our Alberta Bean team in Taber. As the Field Representative, you will be responsible for developing a customer base to source dry beans for the Alberta program. Main responsibilities will include recommending programs and services to meet customer needs, providing agronomic advice and marketing options, and executing sales programs within the assigned market area. 

Preferred candidates have a post-secondary education in agriculture or agri-business along with the ability to hold and maintain the Certified Crop Advisor (CAA) designation, or pass the CAA exam and be successfully designated within a two-year time frame. Five years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture, customer service and sales are required. Experience in dry bean production is preferred. Candidates must also have excellent relationship-building skills and a Class 5 driver’s licence.
