Grader, Kindersley

This position is responsible for all quality control measures and programs related to receiving, binning and shipping products to and from the terminal. Individuals will maintain appropriate and accurate documentation, ensuring correct binning practices to meet end-user requirements. In addition individuals will design, develop and implement new programs to enhance department efficiencies and performance, and make recommendations regarding capital requirements relevant to grading.

Ideal candidates have a Grade 12 education supplemented with progressively responsible experience in grain grading, a demonstrated knowledge of grain regulations and policies and the ability to prepare stocks to meet shipping specifications.
