FHMS currently includes teams of 10 Professional Consultants and 6 Consultant Assistants that are dedicated to improving feedlot cattle health and production, and who enjoy coming to work everyday. Consultant Assistants support the efforts of the team of Professional Consultants. Your initial duties would include driving to client feedlot sites to perform digital necropsies, deliver pharmaceuticals and assist with clinical field trials. As you gain understanding of the beef feedlot industry and the FHMS consulting model there will be opportunities to take on increased responsibilities. Requirements: - University degree or college diploma (including, but not limited to, registered Animal Health Technologists) - Experience with cattle - Experience with computer software in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Excel - Class 5 driver’s license and willing to drive medium to long distances daily - Willing to work on own and with others - Willing to work outside at all times of the year - Willing to work in a supporting role - Reliable FHMS will provide training and a full benefits package, and is committed to ongoing employee development.
