We’re looking for experienced lenders to join our credit management team. As a successful candidate, you’ll review, analyze and approve or decline loan proposals, help operations staff identify and assess risk, and work with them to develop risk mitigation strategies.

You’ll evaluate loan applications – mostly from primary producers – and loan administration requests for authorization. Your technical knowledge of agriculture lending will help you answer queries about financial concepts and risk mitigation from operations staff as well as mentor, train and evaluate Relationship Managers.

You have a degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least five years of related experience. We’ll consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
