Company is a global organization based in Saskatoon, SK, that provides quality and competitively priced products directly to farmers. 

The Crop Production Product Manager will provide overall Product Management leadership for a portfolio of Generic Crop Protection products. The position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will also collaborate closely with the Senior Management team. 

Accountabilities will include: 

- Market Analysis 
- Understand the agriculture input supply marketplace 
- Analyze and anticipate market trends and adapt the product offering accordingly 
- Understand competitor products and develop innovative marketing strategies 
- Pricing and Sales strategies 
- Develop and implement Sales strategies to meet sales targets 
- Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and tracking of key performance indicators for the products. 
- Market and Business Development 
- Develop strategies and programs to optimize market share in existing markets and develop new markets 
- Develop and implement the Brand strategy 
- Supply Chain Management 
- Coordinate distribution strategy with logistics team 
- Manage and optimize supply chain 
- Ensure labeling and packaging compliance 
- Work Closely with Member Service and Program Team Managers to: 
- Ensure sales strategies can be achieved 
- Determine why sales are strong or weak and if product adjustments could be made. 

Requirements will include: 

- University degree 
- Several years of sales and marketing experience in Crop protection industry 
- The ability to develop relationships 
- The capacity to work with and lead teams 
- Capability to set and meet targets and deadlines 
- Strong project management and decision making skills 
- Strong communication skills with a variety of internal and external audiences
