Position Objective
The Business Manager is an agribusiness management position encompassing a wide variety of challenging tasks such as purchasing, risk management, feed formulation, merchandising, marketing, accounting, customer relations and personnel management. Entry-level managers will complete an extensive, self-paced, industry renowned training program which assists you in developing your management skills. Once you have demonstrated an understanding of the business, you may become a district Business Manager reporting directly to the District General Manager where your responsibilities will include purchasing ingredients and setting prices for one of the districts.
 
Summary
Your career path can lead to divisional and corporate opportunities in functional and general management positions. As you demonstrate your knowledge of the business, you may have international assignments at various times in your career.
