And our animal nutrition and management experts offer the scope and creativity to serve the unique needs of each customer.   Position Objective: As an Associate, you will enter Cargill's training program to develop into a Species Consultant.  As an Associate, you will be partnered with a senior species consultant to assist in your development and understanding of the industry while gaining the nutritional expertise to interact with clients and prospective customers in the livestock sector.  You will be focused on developing and executing on current and proposed business strategies to provide solutions in helping the customer reach their operational goals.   Summary: As an Associate you will: Establish and build effective customer relationships Work with customers to enhance the profitability of their business Work closely with team members to solve complex customer issues Provide communication between the customer and Cargill business management team Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans Implement promotions and advertising to build the Cargill brand Provide critical input to the business management team Your career path can lead to sales and marketing roles, as well as divisional and corporate opportunities in functional and general management positions.
