Summary: To ensure the attainment of sales goals and corporate objectives within the assigned geographic area.To develop territorial business opportunities by providing input and feedback facilitating the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies and objectives. Responsibilities: - Achieves territorial sales goals and objectives by effectively presenting, communicating and selling bovine, equine and, to a lesser extent, small animal products to animal health care professionals.
- Identifies territory business plan opportunities through regional/ territorial implementation of corporate strategies, develops tactics and ensures follow through to achieve same. Measures own success on a quarterly basis and reports same to the Sales Manager & Business Manager.
- Assists Business Manager(s) and Sales Manager, with the attainment of regional goals through cooperation, teamwork, sharing of ideas with other representatives within the region.
- Utilize C Global (CRM) to manage accounts, territory, and enter daily contact information.
- Provides promotional support in attendance of industry association events and trade shows, etc, within assigned territories as determined by Business Manager(s) and Sales Manager.
Qualifications: - University degree in Science, Business, or Agriculture, Diploma in Animal Health Technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years animal health sales experience with superior product/technical knowledge of bovine, equine and small animal products.
- Strong presentation and team skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, innovative and results oriented.
- Strong working knowledge of computer applications (MS Office environment, email, internet).
