Customer Service Representative Winnipeg

We have an opportunity on our Financial Products team for a motivated, results-oriented customer service professional. This front line role handles customer inquiries regarding Viterra’s credit program, policy and credit application process and to manage an outbound call list of pre-qualified customers. Also responsible to tactfully contact customers for outstanding payments, escalating outstanding accounts receivable to collections as necessary.

Ideal candidates have a Grade 12 education, proven clerical and data tracking experience along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer skills within a Windows-based environment and the ability to learn in-house databases are required. Call centre experience is an asset.
