This solid company seeks a skilled Sales & Service Operations Supervisor to be responsible for coordination the various aspects of crop inputs, and related services while delivering value to members and customers.

Implamenting management practices to control inventory, maximize operational efficiencies, while serving customer must be a top priority. This position works cooperatively with the sales team, other locations and other divisions providing excellent customer service. Selling fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products and services will also be required to achieve sales targets within your territory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in all aspects of agronomic practices and products. Must have a proven ability in leadership, long-range strategic planning and administration. Organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a definite requirement. The ability to work extended hours including alternative day work hours will be required.
