This position will be 80% working with existing customers and 20% developing additional customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in all aspects of crop production. You will perform a consultative sales and service function to the area crop producers including providing agronomic solutions, sales, crop scouting, grain marketing, product logistics, etc.

In addition, you have a proven ability to build relationships, identify needs and create value with your customers. The ablility to utilize organizational and interpersonal skills are a definite requirement. Completion of a degree or diploma in agriculture, related science or equivalent work experience and a keen desire to learn, is a definite asset in this position. Completion of the Certified Crop Advisor designation or ability to attain is desired.
