Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. owns and operates a network of 21 dealership branches located across Western Canada through which we sell and service construction and agricultural equipment.

Our Hi-Way Service Calgary North (Balzac) location is currently looking to fill the position of Service Manager.

The Service Manager is responsible for efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profits for the dealership.

Must have the ability to:

- Direct, coach, mentor, and delegate effectively to the service staff.

- Analyze and interpret financial date, management reports, and technical information.

- Set goals and objectives and monitor a budget.

- Listen and communicate effectively.

- Participate in and enforce the companies Health and Safety program and other company policies.

Prior experience in an agriculture or construction equipment dealership as a service manager of shop foreman is an asset.
