Position Overview:
Reporting to the Accounting Analyst III - BU Admin Services, the incumbent will manage and administer eastern truck freight, Canada-wide rail claims, and optional services invoicing. As well, this position will be responsible for managing western rail freight; month-end duties (various analysis); account reconciliations; as well as miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Principal Accoutabilities:
30% - Daily managing of eastern truck freight and administering the claims process

40% - Freight analysis of western rail freight, including working to find process improvements, and month-end duties

15% - Processing of optional services invoices and Western Rail Freight

10% - Monthly account reconciliations

5% - Miscellaneous duties/ projects as needed
