You will be responsible for providing support to the Canadian Talent Recruiting Team. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the Canadian Campus Recruiting Consultant with phone screens, reference checks and candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system. Other tasks may include supporting the Canadian Experienced Recruiter and other projects as assigned.   This position will report into the Canadian Campus Recruiting Consultant and will be based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Skills: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related discipline General understanding of the Agriculture industry, Canadian labour standards and Human Resource practices is required Strong Microsoft Office skills Good communication and decision making skills Detail oriented Ability to speak French is an asset
