1. Establishes and maintains comprehensive cost control systems for the plant, advises and assists in the development of cost reduction programs; provides cost and other performance data to the Manufacturing operation. 2. Provides for the consolidation and distribution of inventory data; evaluates levels, performance, and reserves and measures against objectives. 3. Establishes perpetual standard/actual cost reviews for representation product/models; initiates cost reduction studies. 4. Reviews and develops specific recommendations for Facility and Tooling programs (F&T); coordinates development of capital expenditure plans and budget; measures consistency against the Company’s objectives and business plans. 5. Reviews and analyzes material and freight cost changes; makes recommendations to improve operating efficiency and reduce cost. 6. Initiates financial evaluations of sourcing, product programs, design changes and special studies. 
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Preference will be given to candidates with a Masters in a related field. 2. Previous management experience required. 3. CPA and/or CMA is preferred. 4. A mastery level understanding in all areas of finance with an emphasis in manufacturing and marketing finance is required. 5. An extensive amount of independent thinking is required. 6. Able to work under minimal supervision.
