Job Description: Position Summary
This full time permanent position involves working as part of a team that is responsible for the growing of 1.4 million top quality plants annually. You will maintain the water system and supervise/support a crew of irrigation staff that provide water on a 24 hr cycle in response to plant needs. Accountabilities Leading and motivating a crew to work efficiently and safely. Coordinate with Growers and other staff to ensure the water system is ready to meet the priority needs of our crops. You should enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions and must be willing to work long hours during our peak season.
