Supervise hourly material handling personnel in the processes of receiving, warehousing, picking, packing and shipping quality parts on time to the CNH dealer network. This is accomplished by utilizing personnel and equipment provided as efficiently as possible to ensure all receipts and shipping orders are completed on time.
- Plan, assign and supervise daily work assignments
- Conduct daily communication meetings with employees
- Maintain productivity levels as set by Depot Manager
- Maintain quality levels as set by Depot Manager
- Create/Maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity
- Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse backorders and shipping errors while reducing costs
- Schedule re-warehousing activities to allow for maximum storage
- As a first line supervisor this position requires a sound decision maker who can think quickly on his/her feet.
- Analytical skills are required to assess trends and changes in day-to-day business.
- Resolve employee issues
- Ensure completion of cycle counts on a regular basis
- Identify and implement process improvements

Job Requirements:
§ 1+ years supervisory experience § 1+ years warehouse experience § Some college coursework required § Strong analytical, investigative, interpersonal and communicative skills § Excellent organizational influence and critical thinking skills § A passion for the company and customer § Ability to multi-task, working as team champion with subordinates as well as a team member amongst senior leadership § PC, Microsoft Office software knowledge required § Radio Frequency (RF) bar coding experience § Six-Sigma / Lean experience a plus
